Stagnoli’s nylon racks, made from glass-fibre reinforced PA6, offer a technical solution for linear movement and positioning. Designed in compliance with DIN 782 standard and with a 20° pressure angle, they guarantee high precision and stability. Their lightness and absence of lubrication make them ideal for CNC machines, centralised warehouses and gate opening systems.
All products in our range represent a wear-resistant solution considerably quieter than their metal counterparts. Our racks can be supplied in standard sections or with CNC machining to drawing, including versions with co-molded steel core.
