Shipping and Returns

Shipments are carried out via express courier. The cost and management of the shipment are handled by Stagnoli. Shipping costs will be charged to the Buyer according to the current price list, which takes into account the dimensions of the package and the destination. For orders exceeding the conventional value of €100, Stagnoli reserves the right not to charge any shipping fees.

Stagnoli undertakes to process and accept Orders within the following terms:

The shipment of orders generally takes place on the same day if transmitted by the Buyer by 11:00 AM, otherwise they will be processed and entrusted to the courier on the next working day.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will not be considered working days, so Orders sent on these days will be handled on the first subsequent working day.

Delivery times to the Buyer run from the end of the order processing communicated via email by Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. and are normally 3 working days for Italy and 5 working days for the rest of the European community (excluding customs for non-EU countries, e.g., Switzerland).

For shipments to islands and “disadvantaged” areas, such as in the center of Venice, these times might be subject to a delay of 1-2 working days.

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 14 (fourteen) business days, the Buyer may cancel the Order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days from the receipt of the Order confirmation email by sending an email to shop.assistant@stagnoli.com. Only if the delivery delay is solely attributable to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. and/or the carrier, the Buyer is entitled, in addition to the cancellation of the Order as provided above, to a refund of any shipping costs incurred, provided the entire Order is returned by the Buyer to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l.. The refund will be processed according to the methods indicated in the Returns and Exchanges section within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. receives the goods.

If the delay is not attributable to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. or the carrier, the Buyer is not entitled to a refund of the amounts paid or a new shipment of the ordered Products. If the Order is not returned in its entirety and completeness, the Buyer cannot claim a refund of the amounts paid or a new shipment of the ordered Products.
RETURNS

In any instance of a product return, the Purchaser shall adhere to the following procedure:

Access the Personal Area, locate the specific order within the purchase history, and submit a request via the dedicated button, completing the return form with the required information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Telephone number
  • Order identification number
  • Product code of the item(s) to be returned
  • Reason(s) for the return

To effectuate the return, the Purchaser must utilize the shipping label provided by Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. only after the return request has been submitted. Consequently, the Purchaser shall incur no shipping costs and shall only be responsible for booking the collection via the designated courier.

To obtain a refund of the price paid for the Products, the Purchaser must ship the purchased Products within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date the return notice was sent to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l.

Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. reserves the right to reject returns of Products shipped late, Products that are not in their original condition, or cases where the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

The Purchaser undertakes to preserve and handle the received Products with the utmost care and diligence, ensuring they remain intact and are stored within their original packaging.

Upon receipt of the goods in compliance with the aforementioned terms and following the necessary inspections, Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. shall proceed with the refund to the Purchaser within 14 (fourteen) business days from the receipt of the Products.
