Shipping and Returns

Shipments are carried out with express courier. The cost and management of the shipment are handled by Stagnoli. Shipping costs will be charged to the Buyer according to the current price list, which takes into account the dimensions of the package and the destination. For orders exceeding the conventional value of €100, Stagnoli reserves the right not to charge any shipping fees.

Stagnoli undertakes to process and accept Orders within the following terms:

The shipment of orders generally takes place on the same day if transmitted by the Buyer by 11:00 AM, otherwise they will be processed and entrusted to the courier on the next working day.

Declaration

Stagnoli TG s.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the law of 9 January 2004, no. 4.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will not be considered working days, so Orders sent on these days will be handled on the first subsequent working day.

Delivery times to the Buyer run from the end of the order processing communicated via email by Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. and are normally 3 working days for Italy and 5 for the rest of the European community, excluding customs for non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland).

For shipments to islands and “disadvantaged” areas, such as in the centre of Venice, these times may be subject to a delay of 1–2 working days.

In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 14 (fourteen) working days, the Buyer may cancel the Order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the Order confirmation email, by sending an email to shop.assistant@stagnoli.com. Only if the delivery delay is solely attributable to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. and/or the carrier, the Buyer is entitled, in addition to the cancellation of the Order as provided above, to a refund of any shipping costs incurred, provided the entire Order is returned by the Buyer to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. The refund will be processed according to the methods indicated in the Returns and Exchanges section, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. receives the goods.

If the delay is not attributable to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. or the carrier, the Buyer is not entitled to a refund of the amounts paid or a new shipment of the ordered Products.

If the Order is not returned in its entirety and completeness, the Buyer cannot claim a refund of the amounts paid or a new shipment of the ordered Products.

 

RETURNS

Notwithstanding the exception mentioned in the “Right of Withdrawal” paragraph (Art. 9 of the “Terms and Conditions of Sale” contract), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract without any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit their request through the “Contacts” section of the website within 14 (fourteen) working days from the delivery of the Products, specifying the following:

  • First and Last Name
  • A telephone contact number
  • The Order identification number
  • The code of the item you wish to return
  • The reasons for the return

The return must be carried out by choosing the pickup method with the selected courier and placing the waybill sent by Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. with the order inside the package. In this way, the Buyer will not incur any transport costs for the return; they only need to book the pickup through the selected courier.

To obtain a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the Products, the Buyer must book the return shipment of the purchased Products within 14 (fourteen) working days from sending the withdrawal communication to Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l.

Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse withdrawals exercised late, returns of Products shipped late, or returns of Products that are not in their original condition.

The Buyer undertakes to keep and safeguard the received Products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal with the utmost care and diligence, keeping them intact along with the original packaging.

Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l., once received the goods in compliance with the above and performed the necessary verifications, will proceed to refund the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the Products.
