The plastic and steel racks offered in the Stagnoli catalogue combine the advantages of technopolymer with the stability and mechanical strength of a co-molded Fe360 steel core. This hybrid solution, made from glass-fibre reinforced PA6, is designed for linear transmissions requiring greater robustness, such as in CNC machines or automated systems with heavier loads. Compliant with DIN 782 with a 20° pressure angle, they guarantee positioning precision and superior reliability compared to entirely technopolymer counterparts. In addition to being quieter than metal racks, they require no lubrication, reducing costs and maintenance.
