Plastic chain tightener sprockets: Stagnoli’s solution with integrated bearing.

Stagnoli’s plastic chain tightener sprockets are co-molded gears in a single piece with a 100Cr6 steel bearing to ensure optimal chain tensioning and precise chain guidance. Made from PA6 reinforced with 30% glass fibre, these components eliminate the need for lubrication, while offering superior resistance to wear and external agents. Their design complies with DIN 8187/8188 – ISO/R606 standards and ensures a perfect coupling and extremely silent operation. The integrated bearing reduces friction and effectively absorbs vibrations, extending the operational life of the entire transmission system.
