Stagnoli’s S-Shock series polyketone spur gears outperform POM and PBT in terms of chemical and impact resistance. The PK material offers 10 times greater resistance than PA11 and PA12, guaranteeing exceptional durability in aggressive environments. The high toughness, 2.5 times greater than POM, ensures operational reliability even under intense mechanical stress.

Our PK spur gears feature an excellent surface finish that eliminates the squeaking typical of acetal resin in contact with other polymers. The low moisture absorption maintains constant dimensional stability under critical conditions.
