Sleeve – Technopolymer sleeve for toothed couplings – Nylon

Polyamide-based technopolymer (PA6) compounded with molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂), colour: grey. The MoS₂ additive reduces friction and wear, ensuring quiet operation even without lubrication.

Flexible toothed spiders to be fitted between the male and female flanges of the couplings. They transmit torque while damping vibrations and attenuating load peaks. MoS₂ compounding extends service life and reduces maintenance requirements. Compatible with the flanges of the Stagnoli Couplings series.

Injection moulding in PA6 technopolymer compounded with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2). The process ensures high dimensional repeatability of the tooth profile and a uniform surface finish, with competitive costs compared with machining from solid. The MoS2 additive is incorporated into the material during moulding, ensuring homogeneous and consistent self-lubricating properties throughout the component.
