Stagnoli’s PTGR series plastic round belt pulleys are co-molded components that integrate a glass-fibre reinforced PA6 technopolymer body and a 100Cr6 steel bearing. The single-groove pulley guarantees stable seating of the round belt, maintaining constant tensioning and preventing operational slippage.

These components completely eliminate the need for external lubrication, drastically reducing maintenance interventions and grease contamination.
