Stagnoli’s PTGP series plastic flat belt pulleys are co-molded components that combine glass-fibre reinforced PA6 technopolymer and an integrated 100Cr6 steel bearing. The smooth surface guarantees uniform contact with flat belts, ensuring homogeneous tension distribution and preventing premature damage to the transmission belt.

These components are distinguished by completely lubrication-free operation, drastically reducing required maintenance and eliminating contamination risks in production lines.
