Stagnoli’s plastic planetary gears are compact transmission systems made from glass-fibre reinforced PA6 technopolymer, designed to offer high reduction ratios in small dimensions. The planetary configuration with 3 or 4 planet gears guarantees uniform load distribution and transmissible torque superior to conventional transmissions of equivalent size.

These precision planetary gears are made entirely from plastic except for the central pinion, combining the advantages of advanced technopolymers – lightness, quietness, no lubrication requirement – with reliable mechanical performance. Available in modules 1 and 1.5 with a 20° pressure angle, they are ideal for applications where reduced space and low weight are critical requirements without compromising operational reliability.

The planetary structure uniformly distributes transmissive forces across multiple planet gears, reducing stress on each individual gear and significantly extending the operational life of the system. Manufactured by precision injection molding, they guarantee rigorous dimensional tolerances fundamental for correct meshing and constant transmission efficiency over time.
