Operating Document for Payment Methods applicable to the ecommerce website shop.stagnoligears.com

Various types of payment are provided (cash on delivery is NOT available).

1) CREDIT, DEBIT, PREPAID CARDS AND DIGITAL WALLETS

The accepted card networks are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.

The total amount will be charged at the time the Order is transmitted.

To ensure the security of payments made on the Site and prevent fraud, we use a secure payment service utilizing the SSL security protocol, through which credit card data is encrypted and transmitted to the payment processor. Our Site NEVER has access to and does not store the credit card data used for the payment of Products.

All payment information is encrypted to ensure the highest degree of privacy.

In the event of a return, refund, or Order dispute, whether by the Buyer (where admissible) or by the Buyer’s Credit Institution, a refund or release of the collected amount will be simultaneously arranged. For certain types of cards, processing times depend exclusively on the banking system and cannot be attributed to the activities of Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l.

Once the transaction has been refunded, Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. cannot be held liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect damages caused by delays in the release of the amount by the banking system.

Payments via cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay) are managed through the Shopify Payments platform. In most cases, the customer receives the refund within 10 working days (processing times may vary depending on the bank).

2) PAYPAL

Payment for Products can be made using PayPal. By selecting this payment method, the Buyer is redirected to the website www.paypal.it to log in and complete the payment according to the procedures governed by PayPal.

Data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted to or shared with our Site. Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. is therefore not aware of and does not store the credit card data linked to the Buyer’s PayPal account in any way.

The total amount due will be charged at the time the Order is transmitted. In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract or any other type of refund, the amount will be credited back to the PayPal account. Credit times depend exclusively on PayPal and the banking system.
