Stagnoli’s HTD technopolymer pulleys are components molded in PA6 reinforced with 30% glass fibre, designed to guarantee impeccable coupling with standard HTD profile toothed belts. These solutions completely eliminate the need for lubrication, drastically reducing noise and vibrations compared to traditional metal counterparts.
The plastic HTD pulleys in our catalogue offer structural lightness that decreases the overall inertia of the transmission system, improving energy efficiency and acceleration response times. The precision of injection molding ensures rigorous dimensional tolerances, fundamental for perfect synchronisation and prolonged operational durability.
