Stagnoli’s HTD series plastic and aluminium toothed pulleys represent an advanced hybrid solution for transmissions requiring high mechanical performance. The 2011 aluminium insert co-molded in the PA6 reinforced technopolymer body drastically increases transmissible torque and ensures optimal fixing stability on the motor shaft. This technical configuration eliminates stress concentration on the hub, significantly extending the operational life of the component.

Plastic pulleys with aluminium insert maintain the typical advantages of technopolymers – lightness, no lubrication requirement, quietness – adding the robustness required for heavy-duty applications. Compatible with standard HTD profile toothed belts, they are perfect for heavy industrial machines, automated production lines and systems where positioning precision and operational reliability are essential requirements.
