Bevel Gears – Nylon (S-Torque) – Ratio 1:2

Polyamide-based technopolymer (PA6) reinforced with glass fibre, colour: grey. High stiffness and impact resistance for highly reliable bevel transmissions. With a tensile strength of 176 MPa, an elastic modulus of 8,500 MPa and a melting temperature of 220 °C, this material delivers high structural performance even under demanding operating conditions.

Straight-tooth bevel gears with perpendicular axes (90°), side hub and 20° pressure angle. Designed for compact transmissions with reversal of the rotation axis. Available in matched pairs (pinion + gear) to ensure correct meshing. Technopolymer bevel gear pairs can mesh with a steel counterpart, with or without lubrication, ensuring quiet and reliable transmission even under dry running. The tooth profile complies with ISO 23509.

Injection moulding in glass-fibre-reinforced PA6 technopolymer. The process ensures high dimensional repeatability and precise bevel geometries, with competitive costs compared with machining from solid. Each pinion-and-gear pair is matched in production to ensure correct meshing and quiet transmission. The material retains full machinability: boring and finishing operations can be carried out on request.
