Male/female couplings in PA6 with aluminium insert: compensate radial, angular and axial misalignment, quick assembly
Toothed body: polyamide-based technopolymer (PA6) compounded with molybdenum disulphide, colour: grey. PA6 + MoS₂ ensures excellent sliding and long service life without lubrication.
Flexible male/female toothed couplings for torque transmission with compensation of radial, angular and axial misalignment. Operating across a temperature range from -25 °C to +150 °C, they offer reduced mass and moment of inertia for quick assembly. Supplied with a finished bore to H7 tolerance, a keyway to DIN 6885 and an M5 set screw included.
Insert injection moulding in PA6 technopolymer with molybdenum disulphide. The aluminium flanges are placed in the mould before injection and embedded directly by the polymer during the process, becoming an integral part of the finished component. The result is a single piece, PA6 + MoS2 body and aluminium insert, with high dimensional repeatability. Available with a finished bore to H7 tolerance, a keyway to DIN 6885 and an M5 set screw included.
