Polyamide-based technopolymer (PA6) reinforced with glass fibre, colour: grey. With a tensile strength of 176 MPa, an elastic modulus of 8,500 MPa and a melting temperature of 220 °C, this material delivers high structural performance even under demanding operating conditions. Fully technopolymer epicyclic structure for maximum lightness and quiet operation.

Planetary gearboxes in PA6-GF technopolymer with planet gears. The epicyclic structure distributes the load across several gears simultaneously, delivering high output torque in a compact footprint. Quiet, lubrication-free operation for automation, light robotics and instrumentation applications.

Injection moulding in glass-fibre-reinforced PA6 technopolymer. The process ensures high dimensional repeatability of all components of the epicyclic structure, ring gear, planet gears and planet carrier, with a uniform surface finish and competitive costs compared with machining from solid. Mould production ensures geometric consistency from one unit to the next, essential for the correct operation of the planetary system.
